The Replik is the private means of exchange and unit of value used in Rmarketplace, a decentralized unincorporated closed-loop private membership international commerce

plaza.

Rmarketplace Membership Agreement

Rmarketplace Membership is for Buyers/Patrons and Sellers/Vendors.

Commerce within Rmarketplace private commerce plaza:

Within the scope of Rmarketplace, commerce is defined as the exchange of goods and services between two or more entities.
Rmarketplace members are made up of Buyers/Patrons and Sellers/Vendors.
Rmarketplace members shall agree to use Rmarketplace as designed, namely to build healthy communities by promoting commerce and facilitating trade based on moral, ethical, and lawful commercial activities.
Rmarketplace members shall abide by the principle “Do No Harm”.
If any Rmarketplace member suspects harm or is suspected of harm, the Rmarketplace website menu on Resolving Conflicts may provide public or private remedies.
Because Rmarketplace is a commercial infrastructure to facilitate commerce within the Rmarketplace commerce plaza and is not party to the private contracts between Rmarketplace members, all Rmarketplace members, including member Establishments, shall hold Rmarketplace harmless of any litigation the members may be party to within as well as outside the Rmarketplace private commerce plaza.
All members shall authorize Nadabanc to make withdrawals and deposits upon the member’s demand to and from the member’s privately owned Rwallet, a private escrow account within Rmarketplace, beginning with the membership fee of $100.

Buyers/Patrons

have access to a limited menu in Rmarketplace.
shall participate in commerce as an honorable Rmarketplace member.

Sellers/Vendors

All Sellers/Vendors must be and shall only be using a member Establishment issued by Rmarketplace via a Vendor Application found on Rmarketplace website when participating in commerce as a member within Rmarketplace private membership commerce plaza.
A Statement of Understanding as well as training in the use of the member Establishment is available upon request.

Member Establishments

Member Establishments are unincorporated private entities issued by Rmarketplace private membership commerce plaza via a member Establishment Notice of Issuance.
A member Establishment can participate in Rmarketplace Commerce Center, made up of two or more member Establishments working together, without having to be a Seller/Vendor.
A Statement of Understanding as well as training in the use of the member Establishment is available upon request.

Public commerce outside Rmarketplace private commerce plaza:

Rmarketplace encourages using corporate entities chartered in the public when transacting commerce outside of Rmarketplace.
Rmarketplace is not responsible for any contracts the member Establishment enters into outside of the Rmarketplace private commerce plaza.
Because Rmarketplace is a commercial infrastructure to facilitate commerce within the Rmarketplace commerce plaza and is not party to the private contracts between Rmarketplace members, all Rmarketplace members, including member Establishments, shall hold Rmarketplace harmless of any litigation the members may be party to within as well as outside the Rmarketplace private commerce plaza.

The undersigned intends to become a responsible member of Rmarketplace private commerce plaza.
