Rmarketplace Establishment hereby agrees to purchase Rpoints form Rmarketplace at a rate of at least ______% of its gross sales for the benefits of promotion and advertising.

This Rmarketplace Merchant Establishment Agreement is for 12 months and shall automatically renew for successive 12 months terms provided Merchant Establishment or Rmarketplace does not give written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the end of the actual active term. Services will be activated within 2 business days.
