I, the living, breathing, spiritual being, Overseer, and Authorized Representative of the

member Establishment, have read, acknowledge, and actively consent to the Rmarketplace

Membership Agreement.

I comprehend that I have an undivided unencumbered exclusive interest in and total control

of the member Establishment.

I pledge to be honorable and agree to conduct the affairs of the member Establishment

according to the terms, conditions, and principles of the Rmarketplace Membership

Agreement.
