Overview
Everything changes when we, the people at large,
learn from history and create the marketplace we desire. Our mission is to
reorganize so as to avoid as well as improve upon what we have been
experiencing in the current international marketplace models.
Rmarketplace aims to provide a forum to:

bring together like minds in order to assure that commerce is
joyful, nourishes the soul, and contributes to satisfying needs and fulfilling
desires, with all parties whole and balanced

The world is ultimately beautiful and shall be
so inside Rmarketplace private commerce plaza. Ultimately this is a matter of
tending to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, lawfully distinct from
legal jurisdiction, title, and ownership, respectively. Ultimately this is a
matter of tending to the Body, Mind, and our inspiration, aka Spirit. It is up
to each member in their self-governing communities to pursue happiness, without
harm.
As living, breathing, spiritual beings, we shall
control, not own, as ownership is a liability.
As an option, our corporate entities shall be
the owners, acting as a shield to the living, breathing, spiritual being.

and collaboration.
Purpose of Rmarketplace
The purpose of Rmarketplace is to create
together the ideal social future. It is to serve as a tool of community
to inspire us to do what we love to do, and provide a vehicle that navigates
through all walks of commerce in ways that serve and nourish our souls and
global communities.
Vision of Rmarketplace

Rmarketplace serves as a community-building tool by providing a
context wherein we may inspire one another to do what we love to
do.

Rmarketplace issues Establishments as members to distinguish our
private inspired human relations from our contractual relations in
commerce. We create something out of our private endeavor which then
moves from production to distribution to consumption through our member Establishments
in Rmarketplace commerce plaza.
Rmarketplace is made up
of unrestricted, unencumbered, private exchanges that are totally transparent
and exclusively between and for the benefit of both the seller and
buyer.

Exchange creates a surplus that Nadabanc can quantify and
monetize. Commerce in Rmarketplace, made up of multiple private
exchanges, benefits the parties to the exchange as well as the community at
large, meaning everyone without discrimination.

The Rmarketplace monetary system is based on consent-based
self-governance, enabling our healthy common sense to manage the Replik (our
sovereign currency) to benefit everyone.

to create a Commerce Center so as to:

Our intention is to create a new basis for the
living breathing spiritual being to interact in a healthy way in society.
We recognize that in order to have a healthy
community, everything must be a result of a voluntary initiative. Our effort is
to create the methodology, the social means, that allow everything to pass
through our healthy common sense.
We have identified active consent-based
self-governance as the appropriate governance system, and community-created
credit as the appropriate monetary system for our self-governing business
communities.
We have identified that small integrated groups
of people (ten families/tribes (tithing)) meeting face to face can reliably
inspire one another and come to objective proposals and decisions to which
everyone can actively consent.
Rmarketplace is the private membership business
community that aims to make commerce honest and transparent among contracted
parties, and facilitate healthy social relations and healthy communities. The
liaison between the private and the public is Nadabanc through currency
exchange. Nadabanc implements the wishes of the members of Rmarketplace by
issuing the Replik (our private means of exchange).
Comprehending Money provides ideas on how facilitators of
Rmarketplace can manage the monetary system.
The living, breathing, spiritual beings in the
private are the Overseers of their member Establishments, issued by
Rmarketplace to serve as a shield, allowing the living, breathing, spiritual
being to engage in commerce throughout the Rmarketplace without the liability
of ownership. As Overseers of their member Establishments, they control, manage, and oversee their member
Establishments within Rmarketplace private commerce plaza.
