Rmarketplace Statement of Understanding

I agree that there is a distinction between:

·        me as a living, breathing, spiritual being in the private;

·        the member Establishment as a private member of Rmarketplace private commerce association; and 

·        public commerce outside of Rmarketplace private commerce plaza.

As a private living, breathing, spiritual being,

·        I accept Rmarketplace’s offer to issue a member Establishment that participates in Rmarketplace as an honorable member.

·        My participation in Rmarketplace shall be in the form of a member Establishment issued by Rmarketplace.

·        I am the Authorized Representative and the Overseer of the member Establishment with undivided unencumbered exclusive interest in and total control of the private member Establishment within Rmarketplace private membership commerce plaza.

·        I will only be using the member Establishment in commerce as a member within Rmarketplace private membership commerce plaza. 

·        In order to better comprehend how to participate in the many benefits of Rmarketplace, I am willing to schedule a Commerce Training session within Rmarketplace private commerce association upon my request.

The Rmarketplace member Establishment shall agree to:

·        Use Rmarketplace as designed, namely to build healthy communities by promoting commerce and facilitating trade based on moral, ethical, and lawful commercial activities.

·        Adhere to specific principles, namely:

• Abide by the principle “Do no harm”.
• Abide by organic and foundational law, namely, our common sense of justice via Common Law, aka law of the land, and The Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God. Reference: Public Law 97-280 in 1983.
• Operate with integrity and fully integrated honesty and transparency between the contracted parties.
• Stay in honor.
• The means assures the end. We tend to the manner and process toward the end result, not merely focus on the end.
• Strive to create the ideal social future in the ways it conducts its affairs, as inspired from our self-governing communities. 
• Everything is a result of a voluntary initiative.
• Decisions are made by active consent. 
• The living, breathing, spiritual being controls, manages, and oversees the member Establishment. 
• The member Establishment is the shield that protects the living, breathing, spiritual being from the member Establishment’s commercial activities within Rmarketplace.
• Contractual obligations are clear, transparent, moral, ethical, lawful, and sound between the contracted parties.

·        Review the About Rmarketplace attachment, addressing Definitions, Purpose, Vision, and Mission of Rmarketplace.

·        Rmarketplace members shall abide by the principle “Do No Harm”.

·        If any Rmarketplace member suspects harm or is suspected of harm, the Rmarketplace website menu on Resolving Conflicts may provide public or private remedies. 

·        Rmarketplace members may resolve any conflicts by agreement through the Private International Administrative Process, enforced through Natural Law/Common Law jurisdiction based on facts, evidence, and law.

The Private International Administrative Process to secure mutual agreement is civil, enforceable, and lawful, where all parties are whole and balanced. A series of communications are offered to resolve conflict through a private internationally recognized process, avoiding expense and time-consuming litigation until the claim is settled. Upon settlement, a duly perfected Private International Administrative Judgment is publicly filed, creating a commercial instrument. This instrument is an internationally recognized enforceable lien. That lien is a receivable and an asset which the prevailing member can offer into commerce through Rmarketplace and Nadabanc in the Private. The lien can be offered into the Public for reference and/or enforcement using the alternative business model.

·        Because Rmarketplace is a commercial infrastructure to facilitate commerce within the Rmarketplace commerce plaza and is not party to the private contracts between Rmarketplace members, all Rmarketplace members, including member Establishments, shall hold Rmarketplace harmless of any litigation the members may be party to within as well as outside the Rmarketplace private commerce plaza.

Public commerce outside Rmarketplace private commerce plaza:

·        Rmarketplace encourages using corporate entities chartered in the public when transacting commerce outside of Rmarketplace.

·        Rmarketplace and Nadabanc are not responsible for any contracts the member Establishment enters into outside of the Rmarketplace private commerce plaza.

·        Because Rmarketplace is a commercial infrastructure to facilitate commerce within the Rmarketplace commerce plaza and is not party to the private contracts between Rmarketplace members, all Rmarketplace members, including member Establishments, shall hold Rmarketplace harmless of any litigation the members may be party to within as well as outside the Rmarketplace private commerce plaza.
