It is the liaison between the Vendor and the Patron and all the behind the scenes Entities needed to ensure a successful conclusion. COMSOL purchases the Invoice provided from the Vendor with a 1010 Loan. The Invoice is assigned to IAYD to obtain a Settlor for the account The Settlor may be a third party or may be the Patron.

If you do not have an active business Entity in the Country you reside, Rmarketplace will issue an unincorporated tax exempt small business Establishment for commerce purposes while navigating the benefits of the Rmarketplace commerce plaza. You agree to Lease the Establishment with a nonrefundable deposit of $5,000,000 or equivalent nonrecourse, no personal guarantee and with a no periodical financial obligation loan for as long as you need and as long as you agree to use the Establishment for moral, lawful, and ethical purposes that agree to harm no one.
You may return the Establishment as soon as you conclude your transaction or you may retain it and reuse the Entity for future Rmarketplace transactions. There is no time limit or expiration period of your control of the Establishment. The establishment is owned by Rmarketplace or assignee and you have 100% exclusive use of the Entity for if and when you choose to navigate through the benefits of Rmarketplace, an unincorporated virtual nation of commerce.
